THE STRETCHER: You will receive ONLY ONE FootFitter Vamp & Instep Stretcher with purchase. This is compatible with both right and left side and would recommend getting a pair to stretch at the same time. Please remember, this was crafted to fit regular type Sneakers, Dress Shoes, Flats or Low Top Shoes. These were NOT meant for Boots, Cowboy Boots, High Heels or Steel/Rubber toe footwear.
THE SHOE SPRAY: FootFitter Shoe Stretch Spray is formulated to relax the fibers within the materials of your footwear to assist with the stretching process. It’s safe to be used on leather, suede, nubuck, and other natural materials. For best results, once you’ve sprayed the solution onto your shoes, insert the shoe stretcher and start the stretching process.

The foot piece was constructed using superior quality wood that won’t harm the materials of your footwear while in use. To hold everything in place, we use steel hardware pieces along a full metal handle making this stretcher last even longer!
TARGET STRETCH: This stretcher is designed to raise the height of the instep and vamp area and will NOT affect the width. It helps relieve the pressure on top of your foot with tight fitting shoes. Once inserted into your shoes take your time & go slow when stretching the instep of your footwear. Turn the knob slowly to start the process of the instep stretcher to avoid over stretching or damaging the stretcher. We suggest leaving it for 8 hours or the following day.
